So Childish

My colleague had just confided in me. I understand that she was being questioned on some of her blog entries by our boss's girlfriend, who is also our Accounts Manager. I personally feel that a blog is a personal output of thoughts where author can expresses freely, and honestly by not slandering or misleading or changing facts.

Blog entries are put up for viewing and discussions. In my opinion, for one to walk up to a co-worker to question her personal feelings stated in her blog, it is childish and unprofessional.

Have you met simliar scenarios? What do you think?

Ulcers Combo


Pardon me for putting the gross picture. Could not think of any better ways to express the stinging feeling.

This is the result of insufficient sleep. I practically shoved the toothbrush into my lower gums when I brushed my teeth first thing in the morning. The damage is 5 ulcers. Ouch!

Back to bakes

The baking feeling is back!


Traded my butter cookies with Yaya's snow skin mooncakes. The lotus filling is tasty, covered with a thin layer of skin. Just a little less sweet would make it better. :) Will be posting some pictures of the yummy minis here later.

My progress

I am beginning to feel the ‘swish’ motion in my golf swing. Under Bf’s and his brother’s guidance, I have gotten a better set-up position and is working on a correct swing rythmn. Another thing to improve is my backswing. I have been swinging back and letting the club head drop. Time to get the correct angle, parallel to stance.

A sudden rush of anxiousness caught my head lately. So many things to prepare, so much to save, but so little time left. Then there is this never ending list of unexpected events; some which can cause so much tension in me and freeze my brain, leaving me so lost. This is a challenge, challenge of my life, I always told myself. I just need to reach my goal. The rest doesn’t matter.

Just started taking royal jelly softgels a few days back. So far, there has been no signs of allergic reactions. Will continue the daily dose and observe the effects after the next few weeks. :)


In my little space here, all is looking well as I open the door to light. Hopefully I can leave the shit behind soon.

Fatter people to dress down?

Almost 5 days a week, me and ml have to withstand an unsightly dress sense. Meshed cardigans, totally unsuited accessories, disastrous apparel cuts and wrong colour combos. They made me wonder if a fat lady really need to come to this state to be regarded as 'dressed up'?

As the kilos piled up over a couple of years, I realised I have dressed down a lot. From sleeveless, body hugging tops to simple loose-fitting polo tees, I think I look really simple but presentable I believe. Pleasant dressing is not about flaunting what you have (or end up not having), but also to hide your flaws, which I believe exists even in slim bodies. Attempts to bold and loud pieces may end up to be highlights of your shortcomings, and this is what I always get to see.

Do you think fatter people (cause they usually have more body shape flaws) should just dress down? Or do you think they should be encouraged to try out fashion trends/items? If so, what ways do you think they can learn and explore so that these dressings are applied more effectively?
